We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.

We accept children ages 3 to 5. Children who are 2.9 can be accepted only in the month of September  as long as they will turn 3 by December 31.

No, our program is 100% free. We do  not need or accept vouchers.

Yes,  this is provided by Board of Education  but only for our children with special needs who are receiving services (inclusion).

Yes. Our families must be at or below the poverty line to qualify although we can accept up to 12 children who are over income.

No, but we will work with you and your child on potty training.

We need proof of the following:

  • HIB ( Haemophilus Influenza Type B) , 3 doses
  • DTaP (Diptheria and Tetanus toxoids and Pertussis vaccine), 4 doses
  • MMR (Measles-Mumps-Rubella), 1 dose
  • Hepatitis A, 1 dose
  • Hepatitis B, 3 doses
  • Varicella (Chickenpox), 1 dose
  • Polio, 3 doses
  • Influenza, 1 dose (though some children may need 2)
  • Pneumococcal disease (PCV7) 1 dose

Yes, we require both and must be renewed yearly.

Our program is 100% free.

You must provide for us: Your child’s birth certificate, their immunization booklet, Medicaid or insurance cards for all family members and proof of income (i.e. W-2 form, pay stub, notarized employer letter, EPFT voucher, social security check stub or spousal support letter). You should make an appointment with one of our Family Workers by calling 718 443-3917 and pushing extension 211, 208 or 228.

No, citizenship is not required
